Goodle.    Well this page makes the world look like the happiest and most peaceful place in the universe. If nothing else once you are through the whole page you would atleast be a little happier than before.

Sine Wave    Just a random thought or a dream that occurred to me while I was half asleep and dazed last evening; life is a function of sine wave. Well there was a definite proof for this random thought coming to my mind at such an unusual time and state. Whats more the idea was a mathematical one in its constitution. The basic theory being that the life of an individual life of a society life of a nation life of a civilization all can be very easily plotted in terms of a sine wave. This has considerable significance for me. If all this is indeed a function of sine wave then perhaps we can extrapolate the line before time and predict with some accuracy what lies ahead of us. Whatever the case I have come to believe that mathematics is able to calculate and interpret very vague and abstract ideas in a very objective and comprehensive manner.

This flu will kill me some day very soon. I hate viruses they aren't good to humans at all. Stupid small creatures with no other use but to harm and bring pain to human lifeform. I think one day the whole world should get together and chalk out a plan to fight these creatures. Wage a crusade or something from humanity to eradicate viruses from the face of this earth. Atleast that would be much useful than killing each other and making plans to eradicate our own self from this ball of mud and water. Why can't we come up with micro nukes to kill these ever multiplying, tiny, annoying organisms.

ENT    Just wanted to make a note that my ENT rotation takes a head sart today. Wouldn't say that we got a smooth start bu never the less intentions are good and Allah will help inshaAllah.

We have this issue being debated, with keen interest on calss mail of beliefs and rituals. The problem in question was brushing teeth while fasting. Some are of the view that it is permissible on the basis that brushing teeth is imperative as we have lots of public contact in the day when we deal with patients and we must not be smelling like rottten rats from our mouths. Also these people believe that actions are judged by the intentions behind them. Since the intention behind brushing is not to nourish hungry bellies thus it is permissible.    Now there is another group of self acclaimed philosophers who have struck back on the above notion with full force. They site fattawa in support of their notion claiming that tooth paste contains sweet taste and thus is not permissible while one is fasting. They have a point of view that one must not come up with reasons when adhering to islamic injunctions and follow them in full without any exception whatsoever.  ...

Health    Smokers, Schizophrenics and those with chick flu must feel concerned. According to reuters health news young smokers show poorer quality of life as compared to non smokers. According to a survey carried out in two brazilian universities it was shown that those who smoked scored lower on a survey of health-related quality of life as compared to there non smoking peers.    According to another study a history of coelic disease is a risk factor for schizophrenia. The study was published din British Medical Journal. Schizophrenia is a devastating disease. As one of my doctors used to say that if you want to wish real bad luck for someone pray that he gets schizophrenia. Its a brain disorder in which the patient gets asocial, withdrawn, affectless and hallucinated and delusional. Poultry Euthanasia    I never knew that euthanasia was an issue in sub human species. well to my surprise sometimes this can raise concerns deeper than those for human euthanasia. Weekend    another weekend is here and I have done nothing at all. All the work is still on the hold. And everything is getting onto my nerves. This world is not a fair place to live in. And even more as my uncle would often say this world is not a place for fair people to live in. The noise all around us gets so annoying at times. One can hardly listen to things from within when there is so much to listen to from without. All this traffic buzzing on the road running by and then this constant hum of heavy machinery coming from far away feels like a storm coming this way and once it is here will leave no sane thing behind. Then to add to this misery is the noise created by my own fellows. I can't still understand to this day that why do we need to listen to music and that too rock music with the volume turned on to the maximum. Then again everyone feels an urge to keep everyone else awake till late at night by blowing their horns almost needlessly. I have always noted this back home that there is this big sign board outside our district headquarters hospital saying no horn but every driver on the road feel it mandatory to violate the law.    The world would have been such a serene and nice place to live if it were a little quieter. The dictator has been honest after a very long time. The briefing he gave to the media personnel that was aired a little while ago on Pakistan Television was simply to the point and very honest. If you ask me he can't be more honest and truthful than that. From all what he siad I fully back his views that in order to save your country you have to , sometimes, sacrifice one or two men, even if they are national heroes. Thats what has been done. I think all the people who are raising their voices against this action should first go and kick iranian and libiyan ass. These two so called brotherly muslim countries were the ones who screwed up in the first place. They could never have been faithful to us.
